- Researched the use of wireless handheld devices in hospitals and other medical facilities for a major wireless handset manufacturer. The submitted report was determined to be so informative that the company decided to turn it into a sales tool its sales team could use when calling on prospective customers in the healthcare industry.
- Successfully completed development of a complex multilingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) PowerPoint-based sales presentation for a major electronics manufacturer when the project manager suddenly quit the company
